Purpose
Manage the Food and Beverage departments of the hotel to include food and beverage service, to maintain and improve operational standards,overseeing staff training, monitoring inventory and cost control, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing excellent customer service
Objective of the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the Food & Beverage Manager will lead the operational & financial success.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Planning and organisation of all Food & Beverage operations on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of the department
- Managing the Food & Beverage team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Reporting to the General Manager and working closely within the management team to ensuring the Food and Beverage department is operating efficiently at all times
- Communicating effectively within the management team and attending meetings, as required
- Responding to guest feedback and respond to reviews
- Participating in Duty Management shifts, as required
- Achieving Food & Beverage Key Performance Indicators
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years experience in a Food & Beverage Management Role in a leading hotel.
- Experience in food & beverage outlets
- Excellent Leadership skills.
- Experience in recruiting and developing employees.
- High standards and attention to detail.
- An excellent focus on our customers.
