Business Development Manager
-up to 40k+ commission (full time in office)

Our client is an award-winning digital & media agency based in Salford Quays. They guide their clients through the media landscape by providing creative media plans and campaigns to meet and exceed expectations.
They are looking for a skilled Salesperson to join their team to develop existing accounts and handle new enquiries. Experience within media and digital is preferred for this position.
Duties of the Business Development Manager:
* Deliver a consultative approach to warm leads.
* Understand and qualify client needs.
* Plan and implement strategies for campaigns with support of the BDM lead and media/digital teams.
* Work closely with data teams to prepare client reports to present back to Account Directors
* Oversee quality of work.
* Understanding of the media landscape and how agencies work (preferred but not required).
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
* 3 years of experience in a client facing/BDM role.
* Media or digital experience is preferred.
* Excellent qualification and brief-taking skills are essential.
* This position is perfectly suited to BDMs that feel restricted by the limited scope of their current medium and weary of perpetual lead generation/cold calling.
