Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactive account management of UK customers
  • Generating own leads and developing through to a potential sale
  • Working towards sales targets
  • Negotiating and maintaining contract pricing with current and prospective clients
  • Defend current business while proactively looking for new opportunities
  • Analyse data - Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Account Analysis - Working through product drop offs and looking for sales trends
  • Liaising with customer services regards to new product information and alternatives
  • Researching Unlicensed products
  • Back order maintenance
  • Completing customer quality assessment documentation
  • Tender maintenance
  • Setting up and pricing of new products
  • UK Shortage support

The Person:

  • GCSEs Grade C passes and above, to include English & Maths or equivalent
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus
  • Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills
  • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
