Key Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students who require extra help
- Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive learning environments
- Assist with administrative tasks, lesson preparation, and classroom organisation
- Promote student well-being and emotional development
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enhance the community spirit

- Experience working with secondary school students, ideally within a classroom setting
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
- A proactive and flexible approach to supporting students with different needs and abilities
