We are recruiting on behalf of our client with Cerebral Palsy, a bubbly lady who is currently based in Salford. Join her team of PAs, who provide her personal care and independent living support. This is a fantastic opportunity to really help make a difference to our client’s personal achievements.

Pay & Benefits:

Start: ASAP

Shift Pattern: 7 days on / 7 days off Location: Salford term time

Pay: £140 per day / £980 per week worked

Holidays: 5.6 weeks holiday pro rata

About our client

Our client is in her final year studying Social Work at Salford University. She has Cerebral Palsy and is a full-time wheelchair user. She is looking for someone understanding and patient, who can aid her in being as independent as possible.

Our client enjoys the little things in life, including going for walks and listening to music. She enjoys doing her hair and going to concerts.

"I have cerebral palsy, a chronic UTI and PTSD. I am currently in my 3rd year of studying social work at Salford university. The reason why I decided to study social work is mainly due to my past experiences and I want to become the social worker that I never had growing up.

I enjoy going on walks, going to the cinema, listening to music and having a good laugh. I am a kind, funny, thoughtful person who appreciates the little things in life. I try to make this job as straightforward as possible. I also try and make it enjoyable for the both of us. Even though it involves a lot of practical work such as cooking, cleaning, giving me a shower, helping me get dressed etc it does also have its benefits and every day is different. Some days can be more hands on than others but it all balances itself out as long as we are both willing to work together."
