SEN TA - Autism SpecialistHays Education is excited to support a primary SEN school in Salford in their search for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant. This school is dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for children with special educational needs, particularly those with Autism. As an Autism Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping students thrive academically and socially.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualifications.
  • Experience working with children with Autism.
  • A good level of understanding of special needs conditions.
  • Empathy and exceptional behaviour management skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
  • A full DBS or willingness to obtain one.
