Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Answering phone calls and emails from Travel Advisors to create bespoke experiences.
  • Receiving warm inbound leads and upselling/cross selling high end travel experiences.
  • Booking the components of a travel itinerary.
  • Sending follow up communications on active bookings by email.
  • Providing exceptional external and internal Customer Service and Sales support.

Requirements:

  • Have a proven history of successfully meeting targets including upselling within a fast-paced Contact Centre environment.
  • Be passionate about building relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Possess the drive to deliver and enhance the end-to-end Customer Experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Exhibit a professional, positive, upbeat and friendly personality who works as part of a team.
