I am working exclusively with a vehicle service business based in the Cheetham Hill area seeks a number of people for various roles within the vehicle administration department. I have already recruited some of these roles but due to expansion I need afew more people! If you come from a dealership, fleet, logistics business these roles will be ideal. Also, my client will consider experienced administrators with an eye for detail and working to deadlines.

The ideal candidate could have:

Have experience from within this field and be familiar with DVSA and HGV vehicle testing rules and regulations. This would be nice but not essential

Be a good communicator, both verbally and written

Have the ability to maintain concentration whilst working within a busy environment, be methodical in approach and have an eye for detail

Have a good understanding of Excel and other Microsoft software

Be a self-motivated excellent timekeeper who is well organised and has a willingness to learn and apply past experience to better complete given tasks by following the correct procedures and processes

Key duties and responsibilities are to include, but are not limited to:

Ensuring all vehicles on fleet are scheduled for MOT at the correct time

Answering telephone calls and emails

Completing daily checks for various systems

Keeping track of MOT bookings and costs

To continually strive to build and maintain relationships with both customers and suppliers

Liaison with DVSA with regards to vehicle testing

Working days are Monday to Friday. 9-5pm
