Technical Administrator

About the Role:
Are you an organised and proactive professional looking to develop your skills in administration and subcontractor management? We are seeking a Technical Administrator to support our Estates Team in ensuring technical compliance on-site. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment while contributing to sustainability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assigning and monitoring Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks for engineers.
  • Managing the Maximo CAFM system and ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Assisting in maintaining O&M manuals and compliance documentation.
  • Liaising with contractors and clients to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Supporting internal and external audits for compliance.
  • General administrative duties, including document control, training coordination, and reporting.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with CAFM systems (desirable).
  • Understanding of Building Services Installations (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
