Technical Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
Location: Hospital environment
Pay Rate: 14.32 per hour
About the Role:
Are you an organised and proactive professional looking to develop your skills in administration and subcontractor management? We are seeking a Technical Administrator to support our Estates Team in ensuring technical compliance on-site. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment while contributing to sustainability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assigning and monitoring Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks for engineers.
- Managing the Maximo CAFM system and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Assisting in maintaining O&M manuals and compliance documentation.
- Liaising with contractors and clients to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Supporting internal and external audits for compliance.
- General administrative duties, including document control, training coordination, and reporting.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with CAFM systems (desirable).
- Understanding of Building Services Installations (desirable).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
