A long standing, highly successful independent retail business are looking for an HR Manager to join their friendly team on a part-time basis, and create, develop and build a supportive Human Resources function within the company, to help maintain their culture whilst supporting and enhancing procedures within the organisation. An important part of your role will be partnering up and building relationships with managers across all departments to support them and improve personnel procedures and processes. This will be your chance to put your own stamp on the business, implementing policies and procedures andestablishing a tailoredHR function as you see fit.
AsHR Manager your exciting new role will include:
- Developing and implementing strategies, policies and procedures
- Overseeing all operational tasks throughout the employee life cycleincluding recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations
- Providing support and guidance to managers in all aspects of the employee life cycle
- Ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and regulations
- Managing all aspects of recruitment including sourcing, onboarding and inductions, and referencing
- Ensuring all Human Resources related documentation is maintained and kept up to date
I am looking to speak with candidates who have proven senior levelhuman resources experience working as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Business Partner or other senior HR professional.
Salary for this position is c. 50,000 to 55,000 Pro Rata (Full Time Equivalent). As this is a Part-time role 2 days per week, theactualsalary will be 20,000 to 22,000 p.a. (depending on level of experience).
