- Perform and co-ordinate budgeting and forecasting processes
- Develop strong relationships across departments to ensure alignment on financial goals.
- Assist with month end processes
- Support the production of financial performance reports and dashboards.
- Monitor performance against forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
- Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
- Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups) and proficiency with financial systems and software.
- Proficiency in financial systems and software
- Demonstrable experience in a similar accounting role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to work collaboratively across teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
