You'll be based in the office four days a week, with the option to work from home one day.Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:

Managing cashflow forecasting, highlighting any potential risks to the business
Reviewing and posting the monthly payroll
Carrying out group intercompany balance sheet and cost centre reconciliations
Preparing and submitting VAT returns
Getting involved in the ERP project focused on assets and overheads
Supporting the Head of Finance in overseeing the Accounts Payable and Credit Control teams

What you will need:

Previous experience in a similar role, such as Financial Accountant / Accountant / Finance Manager / Technical Accountant
At least 2 years in a Financial Accounting role, ideally with experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail, organisation and a willingness to take initiative
Exposure to working in a small, multifunctional finance team
