- Managing cashflow forecasting, highlighting any potential risks to the business
- Reviewing and posting the monthly payroll
- Carrying out group intercompany balance sheet and cost centre reconciliations
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
- Getting involved in the ERP project focused on assets and overheads
- Supporting the Head of Finance in overseeing the Accounts Payable and Credit Control teams
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Financial Accountant / Accountant / Finance Manager / Technical Accountant
- At least 2 years in a Financial Accounting role, ideally with experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and a willingness to take initiative
- Exposure to working in a small, multifunctional finance team
