Part 2 Architectural Assistant | Salisbury - £27K-£30KIf you are looking for a practice that will enable and encourage you to work on projects from concept to completion, look no further.We are looking for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a well-established reputable practice in the outskirts of Salisbury. The team of 8 are dedicated to growth and are looking to expand to a team of 12-15 employees in the near future, showcasing a prime example of the genuine career progression that is encouraged and achievable here. The Directors have expressed their intentions to begin succession planning soon, so opportunity will not be in short supply!What does this mean for you as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant?The nature of the close-knit team fosters a family feel and brings about the prospect to really make a significant difference. You won’t just be a number, and your addition will make continuous impact throughout the entirety of your career here.Your work will be focussed around high-end residential and conservation projects. The team are currently working on an array of interesting projects throughout the local area from listed and rural buildings to other conservation projects, during which you will have opportunity to see ideas through their full lifecycle, from concept to construction, enabling you to get out on site.You will be working from a semi-rural location with stunning office views of the Salisbury countryside and ample parking. A hybrid role may be considered for the right candidate.The salary for this position is between £27K - £30K depending on previous experience.To be considered:

Experience working on historic or conservation projects would be advantageous
Should live within a commutable distance from Salisbury
Should have driver’s licence own a car due to the rural office location
Experience with AutoCAD is favourable
