- Inspection and Testing: Conducting inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and products to identify any deviations from the specifications.
- Process Improvement: Recommending and implementing improvements to the production process to enhance quality and efficiency
- Product Improvement: Working with team members and R&D Department to improve product quality
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining detailed records and reports on issues, test results, and corrective actions
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Training and collaboration: Educating and training staff on procedures and standards
- Problem-Solving: Identifying and addressing quality-related issues and working with other departments to resolve them
- Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience
- A high grade in Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
- A valid UK driving license
- Knowledge of Office 365
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
