This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual to join a well-established leasing and fleet management company in Salisbury. They are looking for a Business Development Consultant to join their growing sales team.

What you'll do:

  • Become a lead generation machine: actively seek out new business opportunities through prospecting (cold calling, email, networking events)
  • Turn prospects into clients: visit potential customers, present proposals showcasing vehicle contract hire solutions, and close deals.
  • Be a Master of Communication: prepare clear and persuasive sales proposals, present them confidently, and follow up with clients promptly
  • Become a team player: collaborate with colleagues in administration and marketing to understand the business and sales processes.

They'll provide you with:

  • Full training and support to help you succeed.
  • A chance to earn a generous commission package on top of a competitive base salary (up to £35k)
  • A company car and benefits package with a realistic opportunity to earn over £50k within two years.

Who they're looking for:

  • A salesperson with a proven track record, ideally in B2B sales (but not mandatory, they are willing to train)
  • Someone with excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • A self-motivated and organized individual with a strong work ethic
  • A tenacious and competitive person who is passionate about achieving results.
  • Someone who can build strong relationships with clients and understand the importance of long-term business partnerships.

The additional details:

  • This is a full-time, permanent position (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm)
  • Remote work is not available.
