- Responsible for the planning and implementation of planned works projects for social housing properties throughout Wiltshire & Hampshire
- Ensure the management of all maintenance works contracts meet all required standards of performance
- Oversee internal and external programmes, including kitchens, bathrooms, doors, windows, roofing and cyclical decoration
- Create schedules of works, liaising with contractors and ensuring that the works are being delivered to a high quality, on time and within budget
- Ensure that contractors are following health and safety policies and procedures and CDM regulations
- Work in partnership with designated contractors, ensuring performance and value for money
- Relevant qualification in construction or surveying e.g. HNC/HND
- Knowledge of Specification writing and Contract management (KPI’s / monthly meetings, processing valuations etc)
- A full driving licence
