What's involved?
As a Chef de Partie you will be second in command in the kitchen, working with the Catering Manager to keep an efficient catering operation running onsite. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Uphold and encourage high standard of hygiene in the kitchen
  • Daily baking, fresh food preparation and cleaning duties
  • Cooking and creating fresh homemade food
  • Creating menus
  • Oversee in the Catering Managers absence
  • Stock control and management
