I am currently recruiting for a rapidly growing, highly ambitious and expanding, nationally award-winning pub & hotel group looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead their brigade for their quality gastropub with 6rms and serving around 450cv / wk in the stunning South Wiltshire countryside within easy commute from Bournemouth, Salisbury and Southampton.
The successful Head Chef must have strong experience for 2yrs+ as Snr Sous or Head Chef cooking with fresh produce in hotels or restaurants with 3/4* hotel dining operations within a midsize kitchen team.
In this instance, applicants will need access to personal transport and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
