I am currently recruiting for a small chain of restaurants and taverns,looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef to back up their brigade as 2ic for their newly reopened and refurbished 60cv gastropub with additional 250cv in the garden, located in Salisbury, within easy commute from East Dorset, Bournemouth and Southampton and within easy walking distance of Salisbury train station and connecting bus routes.
The property is actively looking at gain 1-2AA rosettes.
The successful Sous Chef, Jnr Sous or Snr Chef de Partie will have excellent experience for 2yrs+ cooking with fresh produce in hotels or restaurants or 3/4* hotel dining operations within a midsize kitchen team.
