I am currently recruiting for a small chain of restaurants and hotels,looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie to aid their brigade for their newly reopened and refurbished 60cv gastropub with additional 250cv in the garden in Salisbury, within easy commute from East Dorset, Bournemouth and Southampton and within easy walking distance of train and bus routes.
The property is actively looking at gain 2AA rosettes.
The successful Sous Chef or Snr Chef de Partie will have good experience for 2yrs+ cooking with fresh produce in hotels or restaurants or 3/4* hotel dining operations within a midsize kitchen team.
In this instance, applicants MUST have full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
