- Troubleshooting production issues, providing 1st and 2nd line support for both employees and customers offering both analytical and written assistance.
- Resolving customer issues with active products, including interference research, sample matrix identification, and application knowledge deployment.
- The maintenance and development of chemistry products for specific customer needs.
- Assisting in maintaining the company’s wet laboratory and identifying areas for improvement.
- Providing training and guidance to laboratory and technical support staff, as well as the sales team.
- Degree qualification (or equivalent) in a Chemistry related subject.
- Knowledge of spectrophotometry.
- Experience with techniques such as titration, colorimetry, gravimetry, ph tests, ash analysis and or wafer cleaning.
- Application knowledge in quality control.
- Proficiency in Office 365.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations including SVHC and changes to hazard classification.
