Workplace Release Manager

£50k - £55k + 20% bonus

Are you an experienced Release Manager looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a Workplace Release Manager to join our client's End User Services (EUS) team. You'll play a pivotal role in managing the Software and Device Lifecycle processes for a vast estate of over 40,000 devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the software and device lifecycle processes, ensuring all software within the Windows EUS Build is in a supported state.
  • Liaise with vendors to understand support states and roadmaps, maintaining timely progress reporting.
  • Engage with clients, demonstrating strong stakeholder management and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Create and maintain refresh and lifecycle plans to deliver continuous End User Support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Release and Deployment Management.
  • Familiarity with Service Management Best Practices.
  • Strong computer literacy, including relevant software knowledge.
  • ITIL V3/4 Foundation Certificate required; ITIL V3/4 Expert or ITIL4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader preferred.

Security Clearance Requirement:

To be considered for this role, you must be able to obtain Security Check (DV) clearance. This requires continuous residency in the UK for the last 5 years as well as sole British nationality.
