Are you an experienced Sales Executive looking for a change?

Our client, a well-known dealership group based in Salisbury are seeking a Commercial Sales Executive to join their established team.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to commercial sales & a strong track record in the motor trade motor industry.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Commercial Sales Executive:

Develop and implement strategies to attract new commercial clients for vehicles, such as fleet operators, leasing companies, and businesses.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with commercial clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and demonstrations for commercial vehicles to potential clients.

Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts for vehicle purchases or leases with commercial clients, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.

Monitor and report on sales performance, including tracking metrics and forecasts, and providing regular updates to management.

Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process and after the sale, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle specifications, features, and industry developments to effectively advise clients and tailor solutions to their needs.

Work closely with internal teams (e.g., finance, service, and marketing) to coordinate efforts and ensure client needs are met.

Oversee the preparation, review, and finalisation of sales contracts and agreements for commercial vehicles.

Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company, driving revenue growth in the commercial vehicle sector.

Package:

Basic Salary: Up to £35,000 dependent on experience. OTE UNCAPPED + Company vehicle!!

Hours: Monday - Friday - No Weekends.
