The role of the Business Development Manager - Joinery, Doors & Ironmongery Products will involve:

  • Internal sales position selling a high quality manufacturers range of timber windows, joinery products, doors and architectural ironmongery
  • All of your time will be spent selling to contractors, small bespoke developers, architects, specifiers and bespoke housebuilders
  • Your time will be spent generating new business and setting appointments for the project sales team
  • Prospecting sales opportunities and qualifying relevant leads
  • Deal with any incoming enquiries via telephone or email
  • KPI’s will include: no. of outbound calls, project enquiries secured & appointments booked (this will be targeted at 10 per week)

The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager - Joinery, Doors & Ironmongery Products with:

  • Must have outbound telephone sales experience; ideally within a telesales, SDR or appointment setting position
  • Ideally experience selling doors, timber / joinery products or architectural ironmongery however this is not essential
  • Determined, resilient and motivated
  • Ability to hit the ground running
  • Computer iterate
