Job title: Traffic Marshall

Duties/Key responsibilities:
- Ensure all visitors are greeted correctly and represent the company to the best of their ability
- Directing traffic: Safely guide vehicles to their destination, and ensure the smooth flow of traffic
- Setting up traffic management systems: Install and maintain cones, barriers, signs, and other equipment
- Monitoring traffic: Keep an eye on traffic flow and adjust systems as needed
- Communicating: Interact with drivers, pedestrians, and other workers to ensure safety
- Reporting incidents: Alert the appropriate personnel to any incidents or safety hazards
- Providing customer service: Assist drivers of large vehicles
- Maintaining pedestrian routes: Preserve routes for pedestrians
- Conducting risk assessments: Evaluate potential risks
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Valid CSCS card
- Valid Traffic Marshall card
- Full PPE
- Competent communication skills
