Customer Services Administrator - £25k - Salisbury

As a Customer Services Administrator you will be responsible for providing outstanding support and assistance, ensuring customer service excellence.

Customer Services Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with warehouse in relation to customer orders, picking, and stock queries
  • Processing of customer orders
  • Taking payments from customers
  • Running of daily reports as required
  • Managing allocated stock
  • Handling all customer queries and discrepancies

Skills & Experience as Customer Services Administrator :

  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Problem solving abilities and a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers
