Are you a Contracts Manager from a landscaping background looking to join an award-winning, multi-million-pound landscaping company with a team of 150 employees who specialise in delivering high quality projects for various commercial clients ranging from World Heritage Sites to large industrial estates?

This well-established company provide landscaping services to a wide range of clients from small contemporary landscapes to large country estates across Cornwall and Dorset. They have seen continual growth since their establishment in 1985 to the point they have 140 employees and are now looking for a Trainee Contracts Manager to join their friendly team.

This varied role will see you taking the lead on a range of bespoke contracts. You will be responsible for managing existing client relationships whilst also working with new business, completing project valuations, and acting as a Line Manager for up to 4 members of staff. You will work closely with the Commercial Director before ensuring all contracts are executed effectively.

This exciting role would suit an aspiring Contracts Manager looking for a technically challenging and exciting role where you will ensure high quality project delivery for clients across Cornwall and Dorset in a role offering ongoing progression to senior roles and an annual bonus to increase your earnings.

The Role:

  • Manage new and existing client relationships
  • Manage contract performance and budgets
  • Act as a line manager for 4 colleagues
  • Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
