Reed Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced and qualified painter and decorator for a 12-month self-employed position painting the internals of a very large Grade 2 Listed building. Quality and attention to detail are paramount for this job, and we are looking for a painter that takes REAL pride in their work.
You will be painting stately rooms in each wing of the building, working in close proximity of our client's team of 5 painters, so you must work well in a team environment.
As the property is occupied, you must be polite and courteous to the owners at all times.
Requirements:
- Recognised painting qualification
- Considerably experienced as a painter & decorator,
- Heritage building experience is advantageous
- Good work ethic, reliable, great attendance, and good timekeeping
- Own tools and own transport
- Checkable work references
