Regional Health & Safety Advisor – South | Competitive Salary & Benefits

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading SME in the construction sector. In this role, you will directly support the Head of Safety, working alongside them to ensure the highest standards of health and safety across the business. If you have a strong background in construction and health & safety, and are looking for a role with significant growth potential, this is the perfect opportunity for you. This is a hands-on, dynamic position with travel required to project sites across the South.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team to drive health & safety initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring industry trends and identifying areas for improvement
  • Foster a strong Health & Safety culture throughout the organization
  • Work closely with site teams, developing productive and effective working relationships
  • Manage third-party relationships, ensuring clear communication and collaboration

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Health & Safety
  • Comfortable with regular travel to project sites in locations such as Winchester, Bristol, Basingstoke, and Southampton
  • A H&S background in the construction / M&E industry is essential
