What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting Court Proceedings - Managing courtrooms, ushering attendees, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Using Modern Technology - Setting up remote video hearings and handling courtroom recording equipment.
Customer & Public Interaction - Engaging with legal professionals, witnesses, and the public in a professional and friendly manner.
General Admin Duties - Assisting with paperwork and ensuring court proceedings run smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication & customer service skills - You'll be the face of the court.
Comfortable speaking in public and handling sensitive situations with professionalism.
A team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
IT-savvy - You'll be working with courtroom technology and Cloud Video Platforms.
Previous admin experience is a plus but not essential - training will be provided!

Location: Salisbury Law Courts (SP2 7EP)
Contract Type: Full-time temporary, until 31/08 with possibility of extension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour, after 12 working weeks £12.07 p/h

The successful candidate is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and provide 3 years of referencing.
