Join our market-leading client as a Customer Service Executive!

We are currently working with an established company in the centre of Salisbury, who are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in a fast-paced environment, where positive customer experiences are key
  • Engaging with clients and delivering high-quality service
  • Guiding clients through a range of queries through to resolution
  • Providing ongoing support to clients with more complex queries and proposing solutions
  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
  • Providing accurate information regarding products and services
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through efficient data entry
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships
  • Liaising with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service experience gained in a commercial or office-based environment
  • Experience of working in a contact centre or call centre desirable
  • The ability to work in a high-volume customer service environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong data entry skills
