In this role, you’ll handle incoming sales calls, generate new sales leads, and provide exceptional product and service information. You’ll also be the primary liaison for the on-the-road sales team, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities as the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and exceed expectations.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets, as well as call-handling quotas.
  • Manage customer complaints, providing timely solutions and following up to ensure full resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process accounts, and organise documentation.
