Senior Service Advisor, Salisbury Wiltshire - Salary & OTE CIRCA £35,000

My client is a leading main dealership in the automotive industry, committed to providing exceptional customer service and top-quality vehicles. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their team in Salisbury, Wiltshire.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and their vehicles in a professional and friendly manner, discussing and confirming their requirements.
  • Lead and motivate the workshop team to achieve exceptional performance and productivity.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and efficiency.
  • Identify and address any team challenges or roadblocks promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire repair process.
  • Keep customers informed of vehicle status, progress, and estimated completion times.
  • Offer expert technical advice and recommendations on necessary repairs or upgrades.
  • Proactively promote additional services or products that can enhance the customer's experience.
  • Ensure efficient work flow and timely completion of repair orders.
  • Monitor and optimise workshop processes to minimise delays and maximise productivity.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and vehicle records in the Kerridge DMS.
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices and ensure timely billing.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in an after sales role within the motor trade.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and attention to detail skills.
  • Knowledge of Kerridge DMS is advantageous.
