The Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor for our client's dealership in Salisbury. This role is pivotal in ensuring that customers receive a professional and efficient service while their vehicles are in for maintenance or repair. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking the progress of vehicles through the workshop, liaising with colleagues in the workshop and parts department, and providing customers with updates on additional work requirements and costs.

About You

The ideal candidate will be a team player with experience in a customer-focused role, preferably within the automotive or high-end industry, although this is not essential. You should have a flexible and proactive approach, excellent time management, and strong administrative skills.
