Responsibilities for an Service Advisor

  • Greet customers and their vehicles in a professional and friendly manner, discussing and confirming their requirements.
  • Lead and motivate the workshop team to achieve exceptional performance and productivity.Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire repair process.
  • Keep customers informed of vehicle status, progress, and estimated completion time
  • Monitor and optimise workshop processes to minimise delays and maximise productivity.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and vehicle records in the Kerridge DMS.

Requirements for Service Advisor

  • Proven experience in an after sales role within the motor trade.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and attention to detail skills.
  • Knowledge of Kerridge DMS is advantageous
