Responsibilities for an Service Advisor
- Greet customers and their vehicles in a professional and friendly manner, discussing and confirming their requirements.
- Lead and motivate the workshop team to achieve exceptional performance and productivity.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire repair process. - Keep customers informed of vehicle status, progress, and estimated completion time
- Monitor and optimise workshop processes to minimise delays and maximise productivity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and vehicle records in the Kerridge DMS.
Requirements for Service Advisor
- Proven experience in an after sales role within the motor trade.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and attention to detail skills.
- Knowledge of Kerridge DMS is advantageous
