Assistant Manager, Salisbury

The Role

This is a Full time 40 hr per week role, and you need to be available to work shifts between 7am and 5pm Mon-Fri. You will also work some Saturday shifts (8am to 4pm) on a rotational basis, to which you will have time off in lieu.

A driving license is required
We are looking for a reliable person with some form of manager or supervisory experience to work closely with the Store Manager.
You must be comfortable with managing colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager.
This role includes serving customers, developing a rapport, CRM, opening/closing the store, analysing financial reports, fulfilling telephone/email orders & mixing paint as required. This is not an exhaustive list.

Their decorator centre in Salisbury is looking for a new Assistant Manager. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll support them with day-to-day operations, as well as the development, engagement and motivation of store colleagues, helping them deliver a great customer experience. You'll also take on an account manager role, forming close partnerships with key customers and ensuring they receive expert advice, exceptional service and a perfect cuppa every time they shop with them.
