Key Responsibilities:


* Experience monitoring security systems and alerts in SOC (security operations centre) analyst or security analyst type role.
* Must be confident with at least one SIEM tool (Security Information and Event Management), Splunk would be useful too.
* Sound understanding of computer networks, firewalls, protocols.
* Som comprehension of Threat Intelligence and overall cyber security landscape.
* Have authored detailed reports on security incidents.
* Happy working shifts and being on site full time.
* Able to investigate a problem at a deeper level to provide insights.
* Any security qualifications such as CISSP, CEH or similar would be highly beneficial.

It is essential that you can undergo DV clearance and are happy to relocate - please consider this before applying.

How you will play a key part as a Security Analyst.


- Working closely with the IT Security team to mitigate and prevent any attacks.
- Developing a further understanding of the cyber security industry and how it impacts the role and company.
- Creating incident response strategies.
- Analyst security events using different tools.
- Conducting regular security assessments and providing reports.
