As a Classroom Assistant you will work alongside experienced teachers to support students in their leaning journey, providing both emotional and academic guidance. Whether it is assisting with lessons, supporting individual students, encouraging participation in lessons. Your role will be essential in helping students develop the skills and confidence they need for future success.
