My client is seeking an Electrical Engineer. This role requires a proactive approach, strong teamwork, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. Flexibility to provide emergency support around the clock and undertake overtime when necessary is essential.

Key Requirements:

  • A recognised qualification in electrical engineering (minimum ONC level or equivalent) with at least three years' experience in facilities management or building services.
  • In-depth understanding of Health & Safety practices, including risk assessments and COSHH guidelines.
  • Strong proficiency in software applications such as MS Word and Excel, along with effective verbal and written communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Complete reactive maintenance tasks assigned through the Help Desk, ensuring adherence to company standards and timely responses.
  • Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work promptly and in line with company procedures.
  • Track and maintain site inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure seamless site operations.
  • Work closely with the Contract Manager to oversee subcontractors and support effective contract performance.
