People & Development Coordinator (HR) - Salisbury
Carbon60 are looking to recruit an experienced People and Development Coordinator to join a worldwide facilities management company, working at their client's site in Salisbury.

  • Contract: Fulltime, Permanent
  • Salary: 44k + Benefits
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

*Security clearance required pre employment funded by employer*

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead on managing all site people issues in accordance with company HR policies, with support of central HR staff and the Area General Manager.
  • Support the Area General Manager and Internal Recruiter in the recruitment of new staff, creating roles on the system, liaising with recruiters and starting site clearances and IT requests.
  • Lead on the site's appraisal process.
  • Relaying all HR issues relating to staff to the HR Business Partner.
  • Manage holiday and sickness absence records and ensuring the correct and required staff level is always available.
  • Follow up on poor sickness records, meeting with staff to discuss and progress his.
  • Manage and audit staff performance in some key areas as directed by the customer.

The postholder should have:

  • A minimum of two years' experience within a similar role.
  • A proven track record in an HR role, including employment relations casework and advising others on policy, legal obligations and best practice.
  • Experience working with external clients would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • Ideally you will hold or working towards your Level 3 CIPD qualification or be qualified by experience.
