The role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Active Directory (AD) Engineer to join our growing End User Experience UK department. This is a unique opportunity to support high-profile clients in a dynamic, collaborative, and inclusive environment where innovation and learning are at the heart of everything we do.

What You'll Do:

As an AD Engineer, you will:

  • Lead technical delivery and provide innovative solutions aligned with our strategic roadmap.
  • Support BAU Engineers with advanced troubleshooting, data analysis, and reporting for application and infrastructure environments.
  • Automate server/infrastructure tasks using PowerShell to improve efficiency and audit capabilities.
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory Services, including DNS, AD Federation Services (ADFS), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
  • Oversee domain controller configurations and support production, pre-production, and development environments.
  • Contribute to migrations and synchronization of on-premises AD objects to Entra.
  • Champion best practices, such as Role-Based Access Control and the principle of least privilege.
