Assistant Manager - is this you?

  • Experience as an assistant/deputy restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery/catering manager in a high volume, fast paced commercial customer facing operation
  • A passion for high quality food and drink
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A hands-on approach, keen eye for detail and strong desire to succeed
  • The ability to supervise a team and train new starters
  • Some financial knowledge - cost/budget/stock/labour/wastage control

Assistant manager - main duties

  • Manage all day to day operations alongside and deputising for the GM
  • Train and develop your team
  • Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
  • Maintain high standards of customer service & compliance
  • Help to drive sales to achieve budgets, targets and your bonus
