Assistant Manager - is this you?
- Experience as an assistant/deputy restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery/catering manager in a high volume, fast paced commercial customer facing operation
- A passion for high quality food and drink
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A hands-on approach, keen eye for detail and strong desire to succeed
- The ability to supervise a team and train new starters
- Some financial knowledge - cost/budget/stock/labour/wastage control
Assistant manager - main duties
- Manage all day to day operations alongside and deputising for the GM
- Train and develop your team
- Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
- Maintain high standards of customer service & compliance
- Help to drive sales to achieve budgets, targets and your bonus
