As an experienced, meticulous, and proactive Administrator, you’re looking for your next opportunity to join a busy customer support team.  This Administrator opportunity will be crucial in processing sales orders and providing a friendly first point of contact for customers.

Rubicon’s client is a leading UK electronics company based near Salisbury, known for their innovative products and exceptional customer service.  As an Administrator you’ll join a dynamic team and contribute to their ongoing success, benefitting from:

  • 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays), increasing by 1 day each year up to a maximum of 28 days
  • One month paid sabbatical after 6 years of work
  • Regular, Monday – Friday, office working hours
  • Early Finish Fridays
  • On-site free parking
  • Regular company socials/events

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5pm
  • Friday: 8:30am – 4pm

As Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately processing sales orders, raising new quotations, and issuing credit notes
  • Communicating with customers via phone and email to efficiently process orders and respond to sales enquiries
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and top-notch customer support
  • Handling web orders and payments with precision
  • Running daily sales report as required
  • Maintaining and updating the sales database with customer details

As Administrator, your skills and experience will include:

  • A driving licence and reliable transport (public transport is not available to this office location)
  • Experience in a customer support/sales admin role
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • IT skills with experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • A proactive ‘can-do’ attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop
