We are seeking a candidate to join one of our Client’s Head offices as an HR Administrator based on the outskirts of Salisbury to support the Head of HR in providing a pivotal role for their people and company with passion and empathy. In your new role as the HR Administrator, you will have varied duties and assist with the generalist HR Administration service. This role is temporary with the opportunity to become permanent – working 37.5 hours per week in the office. The starting hourly rate will be £12.82 DOE. As the HR Administrator, you will:•    Assist with the payroll process by reviewing timesheets recording hours worked and updating holiday and sickness on the HRIS. •    Liaise with finance regarding monthly payroll changes. •    Work with the Head of HR to manage recruitment and selection activities in a timely manner to ensure the best possible candidate experience. •    Complete new starter processes by preparing offer letters and contracts from templates and co-ordinate the completion of new starter documents including reference requests and conducting right-to-work checks. •    Maintain employee records and update the HRIS; coordinate with various stakeholders including payroll, IT, The Licence Bureau, and benefit providers. •    Create reports from the HRIS. •    Book Health, Safety, and environment training courses. •    Maintain training records and keep the Training Matrix up to date.You will ideally have previous administrative experience, working within a team and in a busy office – a CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential. Please apply with your CV or call Emily on .
