We are currently seeking a Human Resourcing Manager to join a reputable Academy Trust located in Salisbury. This position is a full-time, permanent role, requiring year-round commitment. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, comprising a total of 37 hours per week. The salary for this position ranges from £38,457 to £42,558, complemented by an appealing benefits package.

It is essential that candidates possess experience within an HR Department, and it is preferable that they exhibit managerial skills. Ideal candidates will have current membership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and will ideally be qualified at least to CIPD Level 5 or demonstrate a willingness to work towards this qualification. Furthermore, candidates must be able to illustrate their expertise in developing systems and processes designed to enhance operational efficiency.

A comprehensive understanding of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), data protection principles, and confidentiality is imperative. Candidates should also be well-versed in relevant policies, codes of practice, legislation, and employment law, specifically including the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE) and the Equality Act 2010. Moreover, the ideal candidate must exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook, as well as in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and a variety of other HR tools and systems.

In addition, strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are imperative in this position. The ability to effectively organise and prioritise one's workload, as well as that of team members, is crucial. A fundamental aspect of this role involves ensuring that compliance and best practices are consistently upheld.
