Most of the team are based in the office, but you’ll have the option to work from home one or two days a week, giving you that extra bit of flexibility.You’ll be managing your own caseload, handling a wide range of commercial property transactions. With a secretary shared between two fee earners and a paralegal who works with three fee earners, you won’t be short on help! The firm really values collaboration, and everyone gets on well, which makes for a great working environment.There’s also a real understanding of personal commitments, so if you need flexibility for things like childcare or school runs, that’s no problem at all!To be a good fit, you’ll need to be a qualified solicitor (or have equivalent experience), with a solid track record of managing your own caseload. They also value being proactive, personable, and detail-oriented, along with being comfortable using IT systems.In return, you’ll get a competitive salary between £45,000 and £60,000, plus a 30% bonus on billed and paid fees above target (3x base salary).
