NEW VACANCY Commercial Property Solicitor | £45k - £60k + 30% Bonus A well-respected regional law firm, with a friendly team of around 40 people, is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join one of their offices in Wiltshire. The firm is growing steadily, thanks to increased business demand and natural expansion, and they’re investing in the tools and systems to keep moving forward while staying true to their commitment to providing a personal, client-focused service.This is a great opportunity for an experienced solicitor looking to join a close-knit, laid-back team where you’ll feel valued. It’s not a corporate firm, so you can expect a relaxed atmosphere, reasonable deadlines, and a genuine work-life balance. Most of the team are based in the office, but you’ll have the option to work from home one or two days a week, giving you that extra bit of flexibility.You’ll be managing your own caseload, handling a wide range of commercial property transactions. With a secretary shared between two fee earners and a paralegal who works with three fee earners, you won’t be short on help! The firm really values collaboration, and everyone gets on well, which makes for a great working environment.There’s also a real understanding of personal commitments, so if you need flexibility for things like childcare or school runs, that’s no problem at all!To be a good fit, you’ll need to be a qualified solicitor (or have equivalent experience), with a solid track record of managing your own caseload. Strong communication skills, a client-first attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as part of the team will go a long way. They also value being proactive, personable, and detail-oriented, along with being comfortable using IT systems.In return, you’ll get a competitive salary between £45,000 and £60,000, plus a 30% bonus on billed and paid fees above target (3x base salary).
