Role Overview:

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive dealership in Salisbury. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, efficiently processing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Efficiently process customer orders and inquiries
  • Accurately pick and pack parts, ensuring timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and records
  • Utilize the dealership's Dealer Management System (DMS) to manage parts orders and inventory
  • Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure smooth operations
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications and Experience Needed:

  • Previous experience in a parts advisor or similar role within the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in using computer systems and DMS
  • A valid driving license is essential
