A great exciting to join this busy estate agency as the new Sales Administrator where you will play a vital part in the smooth running of the administrative function, ensuring the highest level of efficiency and professionalism. The role offers the opportunity to work within a highly experienced team in a dynamic and friendly environment.

As the Sales Administrator, you'll be workingMonday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm with some Saturday working. Salary is up to £30000

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator include:

  • Front of house duties, including welcoming clients, handling enquiries and liaising with suppliers.

  • Producing accurate correspondence related to property transactions from valuation to completion.

  • Maintaining accurate digital and paper-based records and filing systems.

  • Monitoring receipt of Terms of Engagement, approved property particulars, and vendor identification forms.

  • Preparing advertising materials.

  • Managing email communications from property websites

  • Organising PR and distributing content to websites and social media platforms.

  • Managing mailshots via in-house systems.

You'll need excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and professional telephone manner as well as organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel & Publisher is also key!
